I went through and pulled out my favorite items for under $25 for gift giving. These are all items that I’ve personally used on myself and/or clients.
- Bobbi Brown | Party Lips Mini Lipstick Duo $25: A mini duo of bestselling lipstick shades.
- Tartelette Tease Shadow Palette $19: A perfectly petite everyday eyeshadow palette featuring six perfect shades.
- Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist $20: LOVE this stuff! It’s great to prep your skin with prior to foundation or to set your makeup with! It’s silky, fine mist moisturizer that can be used under or over makeup for dewy glowing skin anytime, anywhere.
- Tarte Quench Squad Hydrating Mini Lip Set $20: These are part of the same line of lip tints that I’ve been sharing for months now, so obviously, I had to include their gift set. The lip balms features four shades to nourish your lips and give a healthy tint!
- Bobbi Brown Snow Globe Highlighting Powder $25: I love receiving different and fun gifts like this. Might be something that you wouldn’t purchase for yourself, but then wen you receive as a gift you realize you can’t live without it! Know what I mean!? It’s a high-impact, light-reflective powder that gives skin shimmering, rosy highlights—in a limited-edition, mini, mirrored compact.
- NARS Orgasm Lip and Blush Set $24: The number one selling blush in most retailers! It’s a miniature set of blush and lipstick featuring the universally-flattering, award-winning shade, Orgasm.
- Stila 3D Dazzle Glow Liquid Shadow Set $25: Year two of I CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF THESE! I feel like these are the most dramatic, yet tasteful glitter you can purchase! PERFECT for the holidays!
- Urban Decay Lipstick $18: I’ve been sharing Urban Decay’s lipsticks for some time. I love them! My go to shades are: Naked, Backtalk and Uptight.
- Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush $24: A soft plum blush fused with Mood Light to brighten the complexion!
- Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Lips $22: You all know how much I love Charlotte Tilbury! This is a mini matte contour liquid lipsticks with curved, precision applicators.

In this post, I’m sharing my current go-to’s and what’s in my Mary Poppin’s makeup bag. 😉
- Charlotte Tilbury Blush $40: You all know how in love I am with Charlotte Tilbury. Her blushes are another item that do not disappoint! My favorite color is “Love Glow.” Richly pigmented for long-lasting wear, Charlotte Tilbury’s two-step application blush will brighten any complexion. The shades are buildable so you can adjust the color suit your look. The formula is blendable and colors are uniform. Swish the outer shade across cheekbones to sculpt, then dab the inner color on the apples of your cheeks for a pretty, youthful glow.
- Fresh Rose Mask $28-$62: This is one of those products that makes you feel good and awakens the face. You all know that I’ve been using this for years now and it’s something that you can wear right out of bed (makes your coffee, get your kiddos breakfast) and then rinse. It’s an easy 5-20 minute mask (whatever you have time for). I feel like it brightens your complexion. It’s a bestselling mask with real rose petals suspended in a silky gel that hydrates and tones for supple, dewy skin. Great for normal, Dry, Combination, and Oily.
- Chloé Roses De Chloé Perfume $95: I think this is my all time favorite scent. I absolutely love Chloé perfumes and I love this one because it has a hint of rose, but it’s still subtle.
- Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation $44: I’ve been wearing this foundation a lot lately and it’s one that I absolutely LOVE! I posted a lengthy review on Instagram about it. In not too many words, it’s long lasting, medium-buildable coverage foundation with a demi-matte finish and SPF 15 to protect skin. Her products are packed full with active skincare ingredients. I’m color 4.5 Medium for reference.
- YSL Tint-In-Balm $34: I’ve been posting a lot about this lately too and I love it! Especially for the cooler months when our skin is SO dry! It’s a hybrid lipstick that combines nourishing balm care with glowing, sheer color for a hint of tint that enhances lip color. The lip-shaped heart that runs through the bullet is packed with conditioning lip balm ingredients like apricot butter and jojoba oil for deeply nourished lips. My two favorite colors are #5 Dare Me Plum and #10 Seduce Me Pink.
- Too Faced Natural Eyes Eyeshadow Palette $38: I’ve been using this on repeat for years now and it’s still hands down one of my favorite go-tos for an everyday eye that can be played up to a deep and dramatic evening eye.
- Becca Anti-Fatigue Under Eye Primer $32: Guys! This is that product that I’ve been secretly holding to myself the last few months so I could give it a try. I’M OBSESSED and it works! I’ve recessively been sharing it more and more on instagram! This priming balm smooths and blurs the look of fine lines while reducing puffiness. Infused with cucumber, matcha green tea, and caffeine, the sheer and velvety texture effortlessly melts into the skin to condition the eye area. It perfectly preps the under-eyes for corrector and concealer application, so makeup never creases or looks cakey.
- Becca Soft Light Blurring Setting Powder $38: It’s no secret, this is still at the top of my list for must-haves. I feel silly talking about this again in detail, because if you’ve been following me for any length of time then you already know how passionate I am about this product. LIFE CHANGING! It’s an ultra-soft, loose setting powder that adds vibrancy to the complexion. Soft Light Blurring Setting Powder acts as a veil to blur imperfections, set makeup with subtle radiance, and add dimension while eliminating shine for a natural-looking, perfected finish. It goes beyond the benefits of a traditional setting powder to impart the ultimate filter.
- Stila Shimmer & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow $24: Year two of I CAN’T GET ENOUGH OF THESE! I feel like these are the most dramatic, yet tasteful glitter you can purchase! PERFECT for the holidays! My two favorite colors are Diamond Dust and Kara Kitten!
- Tarte Quench Lip Rescue Balm (tint) $19: I’ve been sharing these as well! Another favorite. I’m SUPER picky when it comes to what I wear on my lips. I can’t stand anything that cakes, flakes or leaves a film/ residue. My lips get extremely dry (esp this time of year). These lip tint balms, tint your lips and hydrate!
- Becca Ultimate Coverage Longer Concealer $29: I started using this mid-summer, needed something just as effective as Shape Tape, but a little lighter/ not as cakey. Love this one! It’s a water-resistant, full-coverage concealer that camouflages under-eye dark circles, blemishes, and discoloration while smoothing the look of skin’s texture.
- Benefit Roller Lash Mascara $25: Still using and loving the same mascara and BELIEVE ME, I try new mascaras all the time, but always come back to this one. Nothing truly lengthens my lashes like this one.
- Anastasia Brow Wiz $21: Tip, go a little darker in color so you can quickly apply color with a light stroke-like motion. I’m color soft brown.
- Too Faced Sweetie Pie 3-in1 $30: This is a product that I’ve been using for some time and it’s great for those days when you want a quick application. It’s a radiant, yet matte bronzer, highlighter and blusher. It’s beautiful and I cannot get over how many of you have bought and love this product based on my recommendation!
- Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze + Glow Duo $68: I absolutely love this product. It’s pricer, but if you’re looking for a bronzer that isn’t too shiny this is for you! I hate the products that have too much luster and glow that cling to those fine lines, this is not one of them! It’s the most flattering bronzer/ highlighter I’ve ever used.
- Too Faced Primed & Peachy Cooling Matte Primer $34: Still my favorite primer I’ve ever used and looks great under all of the foundations I’ve ever tried using it with. It’s a cooling, mattifying primer that blurs, smooths, and brightens the complexion.
- Too Faced Peach Perfect Matte Foundation $36: Yes, still using and loving this one too! This is 500% matte – if you’re super oily, this is for you! It’s a transfer-resistant, medium-coverage foundation that creates a smooth canvas for flawless, comfortable, matte wear that is never cakey or mask-like. Medium coverage that can build for a full coverage.
- Bobbi Brown Nude Drama Eyeshadow Palette $59: This is a palette that is somewhat new to me, but I LOVE IT! The coloring is spot on and all shades can be used. Palettes always throw me off when there’s a vibrant color thrown in the mix that you’ll never use! Perfect for that nude eye!
- Charlotte Tilbury Wonder Glow Face Primer $55: Another primer that never leaves my bag. You can wear this alone for a soft glow finish. You can wear it as a primer (before foundation) OR you can mix it in with your foundation for more of a radiant finish! It’s a primer with anti-aging properties that creates an instant soft-glow focus.

I wanted to pull a few items that I’ve used in the past that would make fabulous gift ideas!
- Chloé Nomade Eau de Parfum $132: This is on my personal list this year! I love Chloé perfumes! This is just a soft floral scent.
- Nars Orgasm Infatuation Palette $42: This is a palette that I just purchased (all colors are ones that I’ve used and I’m empty on). It’s a limited-edition cheek palette featuring cult-favorite Laguna Bronzing Powder, bestselling Orgasm Blush, and new Orgasm Highlighting Blush.
- Becca x Chrissy Teigen Lip Icing Glow Gloss Kit $29: I actually tested this out in LA when I was at the Sephora conference. I loved them! Perfect for a gift!
- Sephora Favorites Superstars Kit $75: A set featuring 11 bestsellers, including three full sizes of brow pencil, eyeliner, and liquid glitter eyeshadow. It has so many of my favorites including the Stila Glitter!
- Huda The New Nude Eyeshadow Palette $65: This is on my list – I haven’t purchased it yet, but I will during this event. I’ve played around with it in store and I’m IN LOVE! The all-in-one eyeshadow palette consists of 18 highly-pigmented shades, ranging from flattering mattes to shimmer-drenched hues, and has everything you need to transform your lids.
- Buxom Mini Lip Plumping Set $44: I love these glosses and how much they really do plump your lips so I had to include this gift set in my roundup! A Sephora-exclusive set of eight mini lip-plumping glosses in creamy and shimmery finishes for high-shine, party-perfect color, plus an eye veil.
- Sephora Ready T0 Roll Brush Set $70: I’ve included this in my Sephora posts in the past and I still think this is one of the best brush sets you can purchase for the entire face.
- Beautyblender x Too Faced Beauty Sleep Set $40: I think this might be the best deal of the event event. The Too Faced Hangover replenishing face primer is your quick cure for slow mornings. It hydrates, smooths, and brightens skin for a dewy, healthy-looking finish. It pairs perfectly with Hangover Spray: A weightless, three-in-one, coconut water-infused mist that primes, sets, and refreshes makeup while it helps keep skin hydrated. Follow-up by using beautyblender bubble and micro.mini to create a flawless, airbrushed makeup look that’s ready to take on the day.
- Charlotte Tilbury Bar Of Gold Highlighting Palette $58: I played around with this in LA and OMG in love! I don’t own it, but I really want it! It’s absolutely beautiful! The most luxe highlighting palette I’ve ever used. A trio of pressed powder highlighters featuring three must-have shades—original Bar of Gold, soft pink-tinted rose gold, and deep shimmer bronze-gold.
- Benefit Sweeten Up, Buttercup Makeup Set $39: This is just a great set for any gal even if you don’t like to wear a full face. It has all of the essentials: mascara, matte bronzer, primer and brow gel.
- Sephora Favorites Glow For It $28: LOVE all of these items and they’ve been in rotation in both my personal and professional kit. Shine a light on beautiful skin with these glow-getter powders and sticks—for a subtle radiance, intense glow, or anything in between.
- Anastasia Sultry Eyeshadow Palette $45: This is one item that I did purchase! I love it! It’s an essential smoky-eye shadow collection with 14 shades, featuring neutral, cool-toned mattes and metallics.
Additionally, I purchased the Anastasia Sultry eye palette that is listed above in my Gift Ideas and it’s gorgeous! It’s a smoky-eye shadow collection with 14 shades, featuring neutral, cool-toned mattes and metallics.

A lot of these items are repeat items that I feel are efficient, time savors and truly all of the products and colors in the palettes are 100% usable!
- Becca Soft Light Blurring Setting Powder $38: Here it is again! I think this is a great and easy everyday powder and it works amazing! Seriously, one of my favorites!
- Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil Easy Shape and Fill $24: I had to include this one because it’s SO easy and effective. Seriously, probably the most easy to use brow pencil – hence the name “Goof Proof Brow Pencil Easy Shape & Fill”. It’s a foolproof brow pencil with a custom tip that instantly shapes, defines, and fills in brows.
- IT Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream with SPF50 $38: I’ve used this for awhile now and love it! I’m featuring this in the 5 minute makeup because it’s an easy CC cream with SPF50! Cuts down a step!
- Benefit Roller Lash Mascara $25: Still using and loving the same mascara and BELIEVE ME, I try new mascaras all the time, but always come back to this one. Nothing truly lengthens my lashes like this one.
- Tartelette Tease Shadow Palette $19: A perfectly petite everyday eyeshadow palette featuring six perfect shades. You can also use the slanted brush for eyeliner. Such an easy and light shadow palette.
- NARS Radiant Cream Concealer $30: I included this one (favorite of mine for years!). It’s just EASY and so quick to blend. It’s radiant and brightening so it’s a little less full coverage than most – gives more of a natural finish. I’m color Vanilla for reference.

- YSL Touche Eclat Le Teint Radiance Awakening Foundation SPF 22: To be honest, I don’t own this product, BUT I had a makeup lessons with a gal who already owned this… I fell in love with it. It’s a medium-coverage foundation, formulated with an advanced anti-fatigue complex for a radiant, fresh complexion and up to eight hours of flawless coverage. Very radiant, not matte at all and just provides a youthful glow. This is great for all skin types, but especially if you’re one with maturing skin who needs a little more moisture – you’ll LOVE this foundation!
- Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation: This still lives up to the hype and a foundation that is on constant rotation in my beauty kit. If you’re looking for a luminous, natural, coverage with a medium build, you’ll love this one! It’s a lightweight, liquid foundation that delivers buildable coverage and a long-lasting, hydrating glow with a luminous, natural finish. Great for all skin types, but if you’re one with maturing skin, this is another must have for you!
- Tarte Rainforest of the Sea SPF 15: I’ve used this for years too and if you’ve been following for awhile, then you probably remember me wearing this constantly about two years ago. A hypoallergenic, vegan foundation that delivers powerful pollution defense and weightless, buildable coverage that looks naturally flawless.
- Too Faced Peach Perfect Comfort Matte Foundation: Obviously, I have to include one of my all time favorite foundations. Great for those who like a more full coverage look that is matte… this foundation will not let you down and it will keep you looking fresh for hours! It’s a transfer-resistant, medium-coverage foundation that creates a smooth canvas for flawless, comfortable, matte wear that is never cakey or mask-like.
- Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation: I’ve been wearing this bad boy on repeat and I love it! What makes the Magic Foundation so magical?! It’s supercharged with Vitamin C, which fights aging and damaging effects with Hyaluronic Filling Spheres that plump your skin within. It helps to reduce the appearance of age spots and acne with this collagen-boosting formula. When the beauty industry refers to this foundation as “miracle in a bottle” they aren’t lying! Perfect for all skin types, long lasting and a MEDIUM (buildable) coverage foundation with a demi-matte finish (more of a radiant finish in my opinion – NOT matte (at all) like the Peach Foundation). There’s more… concentrated mushroom extract improves firmness, tightens pores, and moisturizes. And that little boost from the Vitamin C just gives you a little lift! Another great one for my gals with maturing skin! I love that the medium coverage can help cover minor imperfections, but my building an additional layer, you can really cover acne and rosacea.
- Too Faced Born This Way Foundation: This is for my gals who love a full coverage face! It’s honestly, one of the prettiest finishes for a full coverage foundation. It’s an oil-free foundation that masterfully diffuses the line between makeup and skin with coverage so undetectable, they’ll think you were born this way.
- Tarte BB Tinted Treatment 12-Hour SPF 30: This is great for those who want more of a BB cream / coverage. It’s a five-in-one long wear, vegan primer that can be used under (or instead of) foundation for smoother, brighter skin. A BB cream is a product with a cream formulation and lighter in texture and finish than a regular foundation. In the world of BB creams this one has a medium coverage.
- It Cosmetics CC Cream Your Skin but Better SPF 50: I’ve been using this product on and off for the past year and LOVE it! This honestly doesn’t have to be used just to “CC” (color correct – the definition of CC cream). It’s beautiful for all skin types and in the world of CC creams it’s more radiant with a fuller coverage than most. It’s a bestselling, award-winning, color-correcting, full-coverage cream with anti-aging skincare and SPF 50+ physical sunscreen.
- Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20: This is a great product for those of you who don’t like a lot of color or coverage. Just your basic tinted moisturizer with SPF20. A perfect blend of skin care and makeup that hydrates skin and softens fine lines with a sheer hint of color for a healthy, dewy glow. Also, great for teens!

- Quai Swing Both OUAIs Kit $48: I just recently over the last few months became obsessed with the Quai line! A multitasking, color-protecting oil that delivers sleek, frizz-free hair combined with an ultra-light hairspray that builds volume and texture.
- Sephora Favorites Party Hair Styling Spray Collection $35: A collection of travel-size styling sprays to add effortless, instant volume, texture, and hold wherever you go.
- T3 Cura Hair Dryer $179: This blowdryer is wonderful! I swear the T3 line of products is what saved my brittle hair! This blow-dryer with a digitally-controlled wide volume of air enhanced with negative ions to dry hair quickly for soft, healthy-looking results.
- Drybar Full Size Favorites $49: Love Drybar and I visit our location here in Charlotte often! This is a GREAT deal! A collection of your Drybar favorites to protect and extend your blowout.
- Olaplex No.4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo $28: Honestly, I normally don’t splurge on Shampoo, but I got a sample of these from Sephora a few months ago and then purchased the full size products. It’s a highly moisturizing, reparative shampoo that leaves hair easy to manage, shiny, and healthier with each use.
- Olaplex No.5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner $28: This is a highly-moisturizing, reparative conditioner that protects and repairs damaged hair, split ends, and frizz by re-linking broken bonds. Great for color treated and damaged hair!
- Quai Scalp and Body Scrub $38: It’s kind of better than hair growth vitamins – I swear this stuff has helped my lock’s length! It’s a deep-cleansing, foaming skin and scalp scrub that unclogs and gently exfoliates, support your skin’s natural defenses, and nourishes and moisturizes the skin, scalp, and hair. I haven’t used it on my body, but it’s working wonders on my scalp!
- Kérastase Elixir Ultime Oil Serum, $50: OK this is a SPLURGE item (I get it), but it’s pure luxe and works wonders. I shared this over a year ago and I’m still using it! A little bit will go a long way… so although it’s pricy, you might be able to get a years with out of it! YES, it can last that long! It’s a blend of four precious hair oils that will add shine, deeply nourish, and help to prevent breakage. I use it prior to any heat application like my curling iron! Truly, helps to smooth the hair! Probably my all time favorite hair oil! EVER!
- Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast $29: One thing I’ve learned about the Living Proof products is that a little bit will go a long way! This product is your secret to all things volume and lift!
- Living Proof Dry Shampoo $23: By far the best dry shampoo I’ve ever used. I’ve always been the girl who used drugstore dry shampoo, but I get the hype. Less is more and this one truly cleans your scalp. It doesn’t just build and clog your pores. I changed to this dry shampoo mainly for hair growth – what I was using before was clogging the follicles. It’s the only dry shampoo that I’ve ever used that actually cleans hair, eliminating oil, sweat, and odor.
- Quai Hair Kit $25: These products smell so amazing and actually work so well! This set lifts and add shine to flat hair, build incredible volume and texture, and extend your style.
- T3 Singlepass Curl 1.25″ Iron $160: This is on my list too. I have the body waver and the blowdryer and I’m a firm believer in the T3 products and how much they product your hair and perform amazingly! I’m currently using a pretty poor curling iron of this size and I’m definitely in the market for one that curls a little tighter than my body waver. I’ve also used this iron in the past and it works wonders!
- Living Proof Restore Trio $12: A great stocking stuffer! A hair care system to help transform dry, damaged hair into visibly healthier hair in as little as two weeks.
- Sephora Favorites Best Hair Ever $25: I’ve used the majority of these products and they’re all amazing! This is a kit that is an assortment of products to care, treat, and style for your best hair ever.
- Quai Three Kit $25: In need of hair volume!? Try this kit out! Seriously, LOVE the Quai products! A hair kit that visibly thickens hair, adds long-lasting volume, and creates effortlessly chic, undone hair.
- Slip Pillowcase $85: I’ve talked about this product a lot in the past! Traditional pillowcases don’t slip, and over time, this causes damage to delicate facial skin and hair. Cotton scratches and tugs on skin and grabs and twists hair, resulting in visible premature stretching, sleep creases, damaged hair, and bedhead by morning. Slip silk is so gentle, it allows skin and hair to glide across the surface—protecting and hydrating skin, reducing split ends, and ensuring a longer-lasting blow out.
- T3 Bodywaver $149: This is the iron that I own and love! Gives you those effortless blown out locks look. The waver featuring a unique hollow barrel design, T3 Tourmaline SinglePass radial technology, and an ergonomic handle to get the perfect blowout look and polished waves—even on second-day hair.

Hi Lindsey,
Thank you for all the time you put into this post. I bought the Tarte Quench Lip Rescue Balm in cherry and the Too Faced Primed & Peachy Cooling Matte Primer at your suggestion. I really have dry lips. I love the texture, color, and feeling of the Tarte product. Is there something else you would recommend that is longer lasting color wise? Is YSL longer wear?
Thanks!
