Hi ladies!
I’m guilty of living in workout clothes and this has been going on since my pre-motherhood days. Yes, they are comfy! Yes, I love working out! BUT more than anything… workout clothes have come a long way – they are super cute.
Here’s a few items that stole my heart… along with the S’well water bottles. I have both the 17oz and 25oz. They are AMAZING!
I’m on track with my cleanse that I’ve been doing on and off for the past year (I’m obsessed)… it’s a good way for me to live a healthy balanced lifestyle, where I can still have cheat meals (or days), sweets and adult bevy’s. I’m also HOOKED on Orange Theory Fitness. I’ll do a write up on that class. In addition, I’ve been running 6 miles about 3x per week. My goal is to start incorporating some HSM workouts back into my routine.
Working out has ALWAYS been my happy place and I’m so thankful that workout clothes are redicuously cute.
On a side note… we’re trying to eat a leaner diet in our house… lean proteins, veggies, etc. If you have any healthy recipes I’d love for you to share them with me. We try to get creative, but man-oh-man… it’s hard to think outside of the salmon, chicken, egg box.
Happy Tuesday, y’all! Xo.
If you need a good protein breakfast, I make a protein waffle that is heaven. It’s 1/4 cup oats, 1/2 tablespoon of coconut flour, 2 tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt, and 6 tablespoons egg whites with a dash of cinnamon. You blend that up in a food processor, bullet, etc. and then pour the batter into a waffle iron or make a pancake. I top mine with fat free whipped topping (almost zero calories) and some kind of fruit. My husband also loves them! You can also make several ahead of time and freeze for quick microwaving on busy mornings.
