Mother’s Day weekend was extra special.  I took Mother’s Day weekend off this year and I enjoyed being spoiled by my little family (and sister + brother in law).  We logged lots of pool time at the neighborhood pool and a dinner at Hello, Sailor!  I love eating and sitting by the water… so Hello, Sailor is one of my favorites.

I love a good homemade gift!  NOW, where do y’all hang these/ put these in your home?

Once we’re finished with our meal at Hello, Sailor we always walk down to the dock to look at the ducks and watch the sunset!

I literally wear this hat almost everyday!  I’m a hat girl…

I still have the magic touch… I have NO idea how this happened at the pool, but it did and I was very happy!

I’m obsessed with everything Supergoop!  Love this mousse sunscreen (super lightweight) and I can’t go without this makeup setting spray with SPF.

I have the mini setting sprays for our beach bag, diaper bag / purse.  I love this product so much because once your makeup is in place (foundation, powder, etc.)… instead of reapplying a liquid base SPF throughout the day, you can just reapply by spraying your face and resetting your makeup!  Best $12 you’ll spend!

Oh, look!  We’re back at Hello, Sailor and we’re with my sister and her hubby again!

We love going to nurseries and looking at plants and flowers.

I’m still rocking my baby to sleep every single night.  I’ll never regret these one-on-one moments and I’ll continue to rock her until she no longer wants me to!

We stay pretty active with the kiddos and we actually started taking Henry to play golf with us (9 holes max) with us when he was a year and a half.  Now, he can hang by the hubby’s side for a pretty long time and is taking the sport up himself!  HE LOVES IT!

Newsflash… the only sport I somewhat enjoy and I’m somewhat decent at is golf.  I actually love it!

This was probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced.  A female only workout class on top of Merchant and Trade.  These classes are hosted and put on by one of my fave Charlotte, female owned shops, Fit Atelier.

Most of our Friday nights are spent in the neighborhood at our little clubhouse.  The kids can run wild, play on the putting green, climb trees.  It’s just nice having a spot were they can be outside and free to run around!

These two are only 3 months apart and the best of friends.  They’ve grown up together and we have pictures of the two of them together at one week of age and 3 months old.

If you can’t tell… we love the water!  This time of year we try to spend a lot of our date nights by the lake!

Back to my roots of running.  Slowly getting back into it and actually LOVING it!  I’m up to a consistent 6-1/2 miles!

The best thing happened last week!!!  Charlotte FINALLY has a Dry Bar in Southpark!  My personal favorite blowout bar of them all!

At the end of April the tweens and I went to NYC for some makeup training!  Here we are after training with NARS.
