I got this dress from H&M a few weeks ago for $19.99 (I’m wearing a size S – it’s very oversized so size down) and fell in love with it. I’m super self-conscious of my arms so I tend to gravitate towards dresses with sleeves. If I wear a sleeveless dress I’ll add a fitted white t-shirt under or throw a denim jacket over top.
