… through the years, we all will be together, if the Fates allow
hang a shining star upon the highest bough. And have yourself a Merry little Christmas now …
– My personal post –
I cannot wait for the day when John and I get to wake up with our little nuggets, a glowing tree, half eaten cookie and a finished glass a milk to celebrate Christmas… together… in our very own home condo… with our little family of two, plus Milkshake {our soon to be boston terrier that the husband approves of}.
… until then, we decided to celebrate a week early {last Saturday}. We awoke to a little bit of a headache, a glowing tree, no cookies or milk, at 10am! Nonetheless, we were ready to celebrate with each other. We dedicated the day to us and the very special holiday.
The day was perfect. The agenda was perfect: Presents + coffee. Mimosa’s + breakfast. Christmas Vacation + a nap. Home cooked filets + vino. I didn’t get out of my jammies {or shower} all day. It was delightful!
On Friday we head to Atlanta for Christmas… spending time with our Thorne family! We love this time of the year!
Merry Christmas friends ~ I hope all of your holiday wishes come true!
… good old fashioned self portrait!
… our first presents we opened!
… we savored each gift, alternating turns.

… we put that bad boy to work! Tada!!!!!
… if anyone looked at the tags under our tree they would be utterly confused. Yes, we give from our future kids, Elle + Johnny.
… he surprised me with the big guy, MOON & LOLA necklace from PETAL.

… we tried spam for the first time, I took one bit and put it in my napkin. I also have a love affair with butter {not margarin} and cute butter dishes.
