Sugar and spice and everything nice… Ladies + Gents meet the ‘oh so adorable’ Shea + Brian… Peaches and crème nothing but pure sugar! The adorable couple took flight with us all the way up to the big apple to partake in some memorable engagement pic’s! Professional models you might wonder… nope, the most down to earth normal creatures you’ll ever meet. I think it’s absolutely adorable b/c when Brian looks at Shea he melts, he’s so head over heels, traffic stopping, to the moon and back kinda love. AND this my friendly followers is what it’s all about… getting in front of the camera before your big day, relaxing, letting loose and just loving all over each other.
Followers… please meet Shea + Brian!!
Let’s chat about their pastel on pattern wardrobe!!! I took the fun loving couple shopping the day after the Charlotte St. Patty’s Day bar crawl {insert} what was I thinking??? The couple met at Connolly’s and named their child Connolly as well, let’s just say the night before our trip to the mall we let all of our Irish sprit out. We were draggggggggggggging that day at the mall… and finally 2 hours in we completed their first look… so we had YET one more look to pull together. We walked into J. CREW to find an array of textures, patterns, plaids, denim and if ya’ll know me… you know I’m not one to match so seeing all of these objects put me on top of this world. Typically I don’t like pulling one look from only one store but blame it on St. Patty’s day b/c J. CREW was going to be our last stop.
Meet Brian… {insert} don’t mind if I do…
We pulled this, that and the other. For both Shea and Brian I had them sport 2 collar shirts {ya’ll know me and some layers}. Both wearing a micro-mini blush pink gingham check as their “base” shirt. I loved how Brian pulled this look off… he literally just fell into it! Over his micro-mini pink gingham we added a medium beige gingham and topped it off with a denim tie untied. The plaid shorts just continued to play off the pattern. Clashing??? Nahhhh you can never clash! The Suede ankle boot and straw fedora added a hint of texture which brought the look together.
Now… take a moment… introducing SHEA!!!!
My dear Shea… sexy legs and beautiful hair. Bless her heart… we had to special order her size ZERO skirt. She’s modeling 🙂 a 6″ fabric fold over fringe skirt. SO CUTE! With a matching blush pink micro-mini gingham check shirt topped off with a denim shirt… Ok so we saw the denim shirt paired with the skirt and died over it… So, I’m not sure I can take 100% credit for this little look… BUT you know it’s mine when you see the layed collar shirt. I used one of my belts which added a great contrast in color and really accented that tiny waist of hers. She sported some RED hot low moccasins.
I just love ~ L . O . V . E .
